In today’s teleconference call about the new program I’m offering the end of January, (Cosmic Crystalline School of Healing Arts) I shared an energy technique for how to know if something is right for you or not. It’s on the call’s recording at the very end. I want to share that technique here so that you can learn it and use it for anything you are want to know is right for you or not.

How to determine what’s right for you:
- Place one hand below your belly button. This is the place of motivation, of what drives you to get up in the morning and make a better life. It can, for example, be fear of survival, reverence for life, proving your worth, or ambition for power. It interferes with being able to know what’s right for you.
- Now place a hand on your upper chest. This is the place of yearning for that sense of homecoming. The yearning also interferes with knowing what’s right for you.
- Now sit quietly in an open receptive state…the Cosmic Crystalline Guides are going to gently press on certain points of your head. When you feel energy shift or you sigh go to the next step…
- Imagine a line of energy running from inside your head to your a point inside your upper chest connecting that is the homecoming place, then running to below your belly button and deep within to the gnosis or knowing spot. (Just set your intention to go to these places whether you know where they are exactly or not). Wait for the energy to shift, then go to the next step.
- Imagine that what you are inquiring about is in front of you in some form (in the recording we were looking at the Cosmic Crystalline Program). Say, “Is this what I’ve been waiting for?”
- Wait for a strong sense of “Yes!” or knowing from your body. If no response, then what you were looking at in front of you is not the right fit for you. Express your appreciation for it and let it go. If you got a yes, then feel the support from Earth and from the heavens for having what you’ve been waiting for in your life. Express your appreciation and celebrate!
What I forgot in the call!
