The Five Rules of Inspiration, cont’d
This is the second in a series of three posts about Inspiration and its relationship with grace.
Foster Inspiration by Raising Your Vibration
In the preceding post, we were looking at how being inspired raises your vibration and how conversely you can foster Inspiration by intentionally raising your vibration.
The three main energy streams of the body are sexual/creative, heart and psychic. Each of these energies foster a different type of inspiration.
- Sexual/Creative energy fosters creative inspiration.
- Heart energy fosters divine inspiration in the form of guidance.
- Psychic energy fosters intuitive inspiration.
To raise your vibration for creative inspiration, get moving. Dance, play, exercise, clean your house, belly laugh, take a walk and even better…take a walk in nature. Being in nature and natural light easily raises your vibration.
To raise your vibration for inspiration in the form of divine guidance, intentionally breathe and do some form of introspection such as meditation or prayer.
To raise your vibration for intuitive inspiration, use sight and sound to feed the brain. Beauty and music are two forms of sight and sound that raise the vibration. There are energy methods that also focus on the brain for raising the vibration such as the Oneness Blessing or Craniosacral Therapy. An interesting form of inspiration is watching movies or reading books that tell inspiration stories. Like a virus you can “catch” inspiration from these stories. August Rush and The Pursuit of Happyness are two great inspirational movies.
One final note about increasing intuitive inspiration: having a clear energy field can give you psychic clarity. Read more about your energy field here.
A final form of raising vibration that includes all three forms of inspiration is grace. The following post will be dedicated to delving more deeply into grace and how to foster it.
The Third Rule of Inspiration is: Find your unique form of raising vibration that fosters inspiration.
The last two rules of inspiration go hand in hand:
The Fourth Rule of Inspiration is: Express your inspirations.
The Fifth Rule of Inspiration is: Protect inspiration.
Expressing inspiration encourages even more inspiration in your life. When you make sure you express inspiration in your life then you also protect the energy channels that inspiration flows through.
Balance your external demands so that you have the time raise your vibration and invite in inspiration. Try the following podcast meditation and see if it helps inspire inspiration in your life. Before listening to it, identify some area of your life that you’d like to receive inspiration on and link the intention for having inspiration to the meditation. (Note: If you are reading this via an email or rss feed, you may have to visit the blog to hear the podcast).
Let me know how the meditation worked for you.

I agree. In addition, I also feel using the subtle energy from stones, aromas like flowers or incense, etc., can be of help.
Hi Lea,
Great ideas. Divination cards are great, too.
