I mentioned earlier that I was working furiously in the world of Squidoo making many lenses (one page web-sites). My goal was to make 50 great lenses by the end of September which would qualify me for something they call “Giant Squid” status. That status gets me all kind of perks, which would bore the average person unless in love with Squidoo. All that furious writing and creating has been great, except I haven’t had much time for anything else, including this blog. But I have written some cool things for Squidoo, so will share those with you here. And now, back to Science of Energy Healing full time…I promise!

Natural Sleep Remedies. It’s that time of year when the light changes and sleep disorders are more rampant. I share my best tips for getting sleep in this site. Are you getting too much sleep? Then get more natural light and ramp up your pituitary gland (Standard Process makes a good supplement and Holy Basil capsules are also good).

John Denver Video Showcase. Okay, I admit it, I’m a secret romantic about the Rocky Mountains and long time fan of John Denver. You can hear John Denver’s great songs from the 70s on this lens AND watch a hilarious video of a Mormon-looking kid cavorting on the mountains to The Eagle and The Hawk. Add your insight…Would John ever have gotten back together with his true love Annie? John Denver was 30 years ahead of his time with his planetary messages, his humanitarian acts and his philanthropy.
