2010 has a powerful energy around it. There are two energies that are predominant. One is the incoming energy of transformation and shift associated with 2012 which is a positive creative energy, while the other energy is the tearing down of the of the old paradigm and all of its forms. This energy is a negative creative energy (I guess you could call this a destruction energy).
There’s no escaping these two energies, but there is a way to move forward with grace, ease, and success. Recently I’ve been writing (and promoting!) my 2010 Energy Reading and Alignment. This is an important tool in your “thrive not just survive” toolkit during this time of transformation. There are two ways to participate…a General Energy Reading/Alignment or a Personal one.
Whether you plan on doing the General Energy Reading and Alignment or the Personal One, you’ll want to spend sometime clarifying your intentions. Below are some suggestions to get you started.
There are three categories that are focused on in the Energy Reading: Health, Wealth (work), and Relationships.
I suggest that you focus on each area by itself and tune into the following three intentional levels:
- Emotional Need: To access what your body/mind intentions are at this level, place one hand on your low belly and tune into that area of your body. Ask it what it needs in the the level of Health (Wealth or Relationships). You can link this to a specific area of health, such as your fitness, healing of a chronic illness or other focus, but don’t state that focus in the intention. State the emotional need intention this way: “I need…(nurturing, support, etc.).
- Spiritual Heart: Place one hand on your heart, and ask it what it wants. This location is close to an area that speaks about what the soul yearns to create or manifest. Again link to your specific area of Health that you are focusing on (I use a visual or spoken words to link to the focus). State, “I want…(fill in the blank.)”
- Mental Action: Place one hand on your forehead, and taking into account the other two intentions and your focus area for Health (Wealth or Relationships), ask what action you will take that supports the primary focus. State, “I intend to…(fill in the blank.)”
When finished, repeat for the other two areas. You’ll end up with 9 intentions. For the greatest power keep them in simple sentences. If you have a long rambling intention, distill it down to its essential nature.
Of course, you can have more than 9 intentions total, but each intention ripples out like a pebble dropped in a pond. By the time the vibration of your intention reaches the furthest reaches of your being, then returns into 3rd dimension form…it is big and profound!
One note about the word “ask.” When you ask an area of your body what its intention is, you are cueing the ears to listen to that part of the body.
A note about health: Think big! In an initial Personal Energy Reading that I’ve been doing, there are new levels of health available to us in 2010. What would be your ideal physical health and well-being and what would be beyond that?
A note about wealth: Wealth and work don’t necessarily have to link together. Your wealth (finances) may come in one way, while your work is expressed in a different form such as volunteering. Feel free to split these two into separate areas. I personally have an underlying, primary intention that my focus is on expressing my soul purpose or mission, and that the Universe will support me with what I need in this realm to be effective with that. This requires that I receive to the degree that I give. Many people have a problem with receiving for spiritual level work on the planet. That is an old mind set that is not in alignment with the incoming energies. A hint about next year’s manifesting grids (including money)…they are different from the current ones. Have I mentioned that I REALLY recommend the 2010 Energy Reading and Alignment? 
A note about relationships: There are two levels of relationships…your vertical relationship with yourSelf which includes your mutidimensional self and your guides, and your horizontal, external relationships with family, work, and community. Generally your relationship with yourSelf will be reflected in your external relationships, but it can be difficult identifying what you need, want and intend with your relationship with yourSelf. As you identify what you need, want and intend with your external relationships, realize that this is also applying to yourSelf and adjust your intentions accordingly. For example, if you want others to treat you with respect, recognize that you must also respect yourSelf.
One final intention that is woven throughout the 2010 Energy Reading and Alignment is to activate the potential within 2010 coming from the transformational, creative energies with the transformational, creative potential within you. This is high-level time mastery and energy alignment!
