Last week I had a free teleconference call about the new healing arts program I’m offering that starts the end of January (enrollment open through February). The two big questions were about time and money. For time, the program itself creates more time by increasing your internal frequency thereby slowing down the external world (I know, I know, that seems contrary to logic, but it’s like turning your car wheels in the direction of a skid).
As for the money…two things are happening. First, when you choose to take the program, essentially investing in yourself, the Universe supports you as well (two people who signed up received unexpected money within a day or two of deciding to join).
But the Guides who are helping with the program also shared a new energy technique today for increasing your income by 10% or more which I’m sharing with you here. Give it a try…at the very least you’ll have fun with it. (I did mine while walking down the road and confused a few drivers who passed by me.)
First some context: The ratio of 13:20 is a sacred ratio in the cosmos. It is the universal timing frequency that synchronizes all of creation from subatomic particles to galaxies and beyond. It is used in the following technique to first calibrate your brain and body to the ratio, then to open the energy flows of abundance in your body, and finally to synchronize your money to the ratio. After doing the exercises, you’ll journal your shifts in consciousness through some questions. Ready? (John Travolta certainly is!) Here we go….
Energy Technique to Increase Your Income by 10% or More
Step 1: Synchronizing with the sacred ratio of 13:20
- With your dominant hand stretched in front and to your side at your waist, draw horizontal figure 8s crossing the midline of your body.
- Start the figure 8 by moving your hand toward the sky (versus the ground).
- Make 13
- Next, with your nondominant hand draw vertical figure 8s from above your head to your belly button.
- Start the figure 8 by moving your hand in a counter clockwise pattern.
- Make 20
Step 2: Opening the energy channels to abundant flow
- Repeat the above directions, only this time straighten your thumb and follow it with your eyes, first horizontally, then vertically.
Step 3: Linking 13:20 to your money
- Start with your dominant hand in position to make 13 horizontal figure 8s and your nondominant hand raised to make 20 vertical figure 8s.
- Simultaneously make figure 8s with both hands while counting.
- Keep your attention on your dominant hand up to 13, then switch to your nondominant hand while continuing to count to 20 (both hands are making horizontal and vertical figure 8s at the same time throughout). This is one rep.
Step 4: Next answer these questions
- What does money mean to you?
- Do you invest in yourself as much as you invest in others?
- Are you generous or stingy in the world?
Day 2
- Repeat Step 3, increasing your reps to 2 times
- Answer the questions again
Day 3
- Repeat Step 3, increasing your reps to 3 times
- Answer the questions again
If anybody asks you what you are doing, you can answer that you are practicing your Saturday Night Live moves for the next dance contest in Vegas. Observe in the following days what shifts and changes around money for you.

Now, there’s a question I haven’t been asked before! I live in Montana in the U.S.
My brain is seems to unable to do counterclockwise figure eights with one arm and clockwise with the other. But I tried.. I will do it again tomorrow.
It’s definitely a brain pretzel! I found I had to concentrate on one arm first then switch to the other and some where in there they suddenly synced up!
