Improve your Exercises with Energy
What if you could take the best of the best and make it even better? Over a period of many years, I handpicked many favorite exercises that seem to enhance not only my physical well-being but my energetic well-being as well. I put them together in a flow that starts with standing, then sitting, then lying. And then I added energy work to them to get an even better effect. The result is what I call Harmonic Movement. Together they balance meridians, chakras, vertical and horizontal energies as well as stretch all muscle groups in the body. Head, hands and feet are all included. When done over a period of time, many people have found that the cumulative affects help them with improved eyesight, joint movement, structural alignment, energy levels and many other chronic problems that begin to accumulate with the passage of time. They are simple and easy to perform, yet the results are profound.
These series of movements and stretches incorporates a variety of disciplines including yoga, chi kung, do-in, orthobionomy, Alexander Technique, Brain Gym, Feldenkrais, ElectroMagnetic Field Balancing and energy healing through intention.
Some of the benefits include:
- Increased centeredness, focus and grounding.
- Clears your energy field of other people’s energy.
- Clears horizontal structures such as diaphram, thoracic inlet, belt channel at the waist and jaw, allowing for a greater flow of vertical energies.
- Opens hip joints and stretches lower back.
- Balances the internal rhythms of the body.
- Balances the doshas (body types) of Aruvedic medicine.
- Increases immune function.
- Lengthens the spine.
- Helps release restricted joints in feet and hands.
- Balances left and right brain centers and all energy centers of the body.
- Increases peace, contentment and joy.
- Promote deeper sleep.
Doing these exercises three times a week will promote all of these benefits. Once learned the exercises can be done in about 40-50 minutes. The exercises can also be split up into several sessions of 15 minutes each. People generally begin to feel a significant results after 3-5 full sessions.
This great exercise program is offered free to you. Enjoy!
