The Science of Energy Healing

Many people believe that change or evolution first happens consciously.

This is actually the opposite of what occurs. When we change, grow and transform, the energetic self changes first, then consciousness catches up to that change. I like to say:

Consciousness is the last one on the block to know what’s going on.

The conscious mind is like the breath…both automatic and nonautomatic. The automatic part is the endless stream of random thoughts that occurs at all times. These random thoughts are actually indicators of what is going on for us energetically. The brain interprets energy into thought. If you are very attached to your thoughts being your thoughts, you will give power over to something that may or may not be interpreted correctly. These random thoughts change when your energy self transforms (which is always an increase in vibration).

The nonautomatic part arises from your free will and choice. You can choose what thoughts to think.

Sometimes consciousness evolves ahead of the energy self. This will not be a lasting change. Sometimes the energy self evolves and the conscious mind gets left behind or doesn’t register that it has changed. Currently we are undergoing energetic and biological changes during this time as we head to 2012. The old pattern will be changing to something new.

I call this new pattern Crystalline Consciousness. This type of consciousness is one with no lag between the energy self and the conscious mind. Our ability to learn, transform and evolve will increase exponentially. What new levels of potential will we reach within Crystalline Consciousness?
