There is a very potent belief system in our culture that our sight must get worse as we grow older. Meir Schneider not only challenged that assumption but also proved it wrong. He states that corrective glasses actually worsens the vision. In his own vision recovery, he noticed how emotional states would come up when he didn’t use glasses. If he stayed with them, the emotions would clear and his eyesight would improve. Eventually he recovered his vision completely.

The Guides speak:
Your eyes are windows to the Divine Light of your soul. When you bring your sense of sight from outside to inside of yourself and link it to the pituitary gland and the light of the third eye, located in the middle of your forehead you become infused with divine energies. You become free from the 3rd dimension and may travel throughout the universe within the cathedral dome of your own skull. Take care of your sight by choosing what to look at. Technology can be extremely hard on the eyes. Let your eyes be bathed in natural light 10-15 minutes a day. The eyes have a very important role concerning light assimilation in the body. By maintaining their health, the body’s light quotient stays high. Life begins to fade and diminish when the eye can no longer assimilate light.

gia’s notes: One of the healthiest ways to take care of your vision, is to regularly cup your hands over your eye, blocking all light, and letting the eyes deeply relax for 10-15 minutes. By keeping a soft gaze on the world, you support the mind in staying open and loving to all that it gazes on instead of closed, hard or judgmental.
