I developed this series of movements to enhance my physical well-being as a massage therapist. It proved to have many more benefits than just the initial ones I was looking for!
The exercises are not hard but initially learning them can slow down the “doing” of them. I suggest doing 20-30 minutes a day and if not finished, just pick up where you left off the next day. Eventually you’ll be able to do the whole routine in 30 minutes.
The greatest magic of all is that it doesn’t feel like much is happening on a movement to movement basis. All of a sudden your body will take a new leap and you’ll feel the “I haven’t felt this good in a long time!” feeling. Eventually you’ll only need to do the movements about 2 or 3 times a week.
