This can create stiffened[...] Energetically, the bones represent foundational energy for the body. They are associated with the element of  earth. Sometimes, through trauma, the foundational energy shifts out of the bones and into the connective tissue. This can create stiffened and rigid connective tissue such as is found in fibromyalgia. Bones can also lose vitalization causing you to feel old and rickety. If you are a Reiki practitioner, you can revitalize the bones by sending the empowerment symbol through the bones with the color gold. How does one send or direct a symbol through the bones? I like to place one hand on a foot and one on the hip and imagine the symbol with gold travelling up through the leg bones. It’s important to note that I am not sending the symbol with my psychic energy but by stating the intention to the symbol itself. Reiki symbols have consciousness and will respond to our intentions. After finishing one leg, I repeat on the other leg then move to the hand and shoulder on each side. For the spine you can have the receiver turn on her side and place one hand on the sacrum and one on the base of the skull, sending the symbol and the vibration of gold from the bottom of the spine up. Finally, hold the head and imagine the symbol and gold color filling the cranium, then travelling back down the spine to the sacrum.
