Carnival of Creative Growth #32: Support, Growth and Leadership

Sometimes creative inspiration flows through me like a clear, mountain creek tumbling through an alpine meadow. Other times, I feel like a powerful race car sitting at the starting line waiting for someone (or something) to start my engines. Today I am the race car. All potential, no spark. That’s when I turn to divination cards to help.
Divination cards work by connecting you to other realms or parts of yourself for information. If you are practical and psychological by nature, you might consider them a tool to access the subconscious. If you are more metaphysical by nature, you might consider divination cards a way to access your higher self (a wisdom source from the Soul) or metaphysical guides such as Angels. However they work, divination cards can get you out of your head and into greater awareness, thereby opening the door to inspiration and grace.
The cards I used here are the Crystal Vibration deck from Crystalline Consciousness Technique. My question before drawing from the deck is this: What is the theme that we’re all working on at this time? Drawing three cards I get: Support, Growth and Leadership (so appropriate for a carnival of creative growth!). Today’s posts are categorized under these three qualities. Read one or more posts from each section and you’ll activate this powerful intention:
“Through support, I grow in leadership.”
To get you thinking deeper or having new sparks of creative insight about these qualities needed in our lives at this time, I have included the definitions of the Crystal Vibration deck and three additional divination messages from The Alchemy Stones by M.E. Warlick. The Alchemical Stone messages are in italics.
Support: the response of universal energies to the inner knowing of support.
Mercury: Count on Mercury for support as you solve challenges that are about what to look for and where to begin. You are facing an exciting time when many choices and paths will open up to you. Trust any brilliant flashes of inspiration that you might have. However, if too many different possibilities present themselves, take care to order your priorities.
Daylle Deanna Schwartz presents Remember the Good!. Daylee says, “Instead of rehashing things that happened to you in the past, usually stuff that holds you back, focus on living in the NOW by remembering the good you have going for you in the present.
Mitesh Solanki presents 40% Concept 60% Execution. Mitesh says, “Regardless of what your creative capacity is, if you simply do not understand how to execute the concept so that it will bring measurable results, the great idea becomes a flawed idea.”
David B. Bohl presents Visualization’s Magical Power for Success. David says, “Your mind is capable of affecting change outside of the human body.”
Gamy Rachel presents Train Your Brain To Work For You, Not Against You. Gamy says, “I didn’t know why and what was the missing link when I was going through those bolts of depression. I thought I was the most positive person around, because I love reading and listening to positive stuffs. Nothing wrong with those positive stuffs, but what I didn’t know was…there is a missing link in my brain !”
Growth: to thrive; an indicator of life. The evolution of conscious awareness of natural laws and how to work with them.
Albedo: One of the stages of alchemical completion, this stone suggests letting go of fixed attitudes so that you can flow effortlessly with life. Deep within your core there is a brilliant white jewel, a pearl of immense worth, waiting to emerge. Tap into the deep well of your emotions and intuition so that your path will emerge clear and glistening before you.
gia presents The Four Stages of Growth. gia says, “When I was in India last year I was intrigued by the Hindi view of the four stages of growth as relating to our experiences in utero. Using that as a starting point, I developed a healing podcast meditation that clears and heals blocks that affect us in personal or spiritual growth or when we are manifesting.”
CG Walters presents Unlikely Agent of Wisdom. CG says, “There is no unlikely agent of wisdom. Only those we are least likely to recognize.”
Richard from Cheewit.net presents HOW DO YOU SEE?. Richard says, “Cheewit.net: Notes on Life… Cheewit means ‘life’ in the Thai language. Richard, the author of the blog, has lived in Thailand for a number of years, and explains with originality, humour and concision how Eastern philosophy can be easily integrated into Western lifestyles, cultivating better thinking and, in turn, better living.
Jerome Ryan presents Why Giving Yourself Space Is So Important. Jerome says, “It makes no difference where you start only that you start.”
Shamelle presents 10 Vital Actions To Inspire Others And Gain Respect. Shamelle says, “There is a reason why people cheer at football matches, cry at funerals and laugh at jokes; we are all affected by each other. Your actions make a difference in my life and my actions make a difference in your life. As a result, certain vital actions CAN inspire and motivate others.”
Leadership: the ability to guide or show the way. Bring forth that which you are most wanting to manifest.
Salt: By observing the situation from a distance and bringing opposing forces together, you can serve as a facilitator for solving problems. Now is the time to facilitate, network and make connections instead of engaging in battles of opposing forces. Utilize the resolution of external oppositions to nurture your inner self and begin a healing process.
Lexi Sundell presents Noticing Opportunity. Lexi says, “Life can bring opportunity in quite unexpected ways.”
Ralph Jean-Paul presents How to Run a Blog Successfully without Having a Computer. Ralph says, “I don’t own a laptop, iPhone or any other wireless device with internet access. But because of some new productivity practices, I can run my entire blog without having a PC currently in my home.”
Leo presents The Law Of Attraction Series Part 3: Go Beyond Visualization And Powerfully Manifest Your Dreams. Leo says, “The third part of a series on the Law Of Attraction. This segment focuses on how to increase the power of visualization by creatively adding other sensory inputs, a compelling story-line and incorporating feelings of personal identity. All this is used to manifest your dreams all the faster from the Universe.”
Alex G presents Reason I wake up at 6am. Alex says, “My eyes are open, barely. I look over at the alarm clock. Its 5:58am. I know how much I hate the alarm clock buzzing; I jump out of bed to turn it off before it hits six. My old self wants me to go back to bed. “Come on” it says, “another 30 minutes. Another hour.” I know if I give in it will be noon and another day wasted.”
Frederic Premji presents Discovering Your Life’s Purpose.
Dereck presents A guide for increasing your creativity. Dereck says, “The biggest problem with creativity is failure. Creative acts are acts never tried before, and they stand to fail at a rate many times greater than almost any other act.” So the question is asked…why even bother then with creativity? Read this post and find out why.
Thanks to all the contributors for some great posts and the readers for supporting them. May you find your appropriate support and grow in your leadership!
