Honoring free will and choice and doing our best to take care of ourselves (including minding our own business) what happens when we see that identity predication (genetics-time in utero-first 7 years of life-culture-biology) in the form of a child (or young adult) - our child - and it's standing on the train tracks, in harms way? I mean serious danger and harm in this case! How can we assist? Maybe the answer's, we can't... The whole concept of "powerlessness." But is there more? I wish it was just curly hair...
