Dear gia,
I have some questions for you about the upcoming energy shifts in consciousness. My roommate and I from college have always been interested in energy and we often talk about our theories and feelings on the subject. Since March of 07 we have both felt strange and slightly unsettled, maybe even more aggressive than usual. Ever since 2008 started, we have noticed a number of people going through extreme emotional turmoil – crying a lot and it seems like past issues are resurfacing. Do you have any insight as to what is going on? We are only beginners as far as metaphysics are concerned but if you can offer any advice, books to read, articles, I’d be more than grateful! I’d really like to center myself and become more aware of the subtle shifting of energies going on around me. Thanks for your time!

Thanks for reading my posts and asking some great questions.
The strange behaviors and feelings you mention is all related to the transition that we are in that is culminating in either 2011 or 2012 depending on who you read. The energy on the planet is very intense at times and I often wonder how in the world are people making it out there without any knowledge of energy. I use energy techniques all the time to help keep me balanced.
As far as what is specifically going on, the vibration of the planet is increasing. This is a good thing. However, it means that everything and everyone on the planet will also increase in vibration. Anything that is lower vibrationally, such as unhealed traumas from the past or negative karma from other lifetimes, will surface and clear out. If a person has a context about this, it makes it much easier to work with. Eventually it will all clear, but it can be very uncomfortable in the meantime.
As far as where to start to on energy and metaphysics, I highly recommend my other website Crystalline Consciousness Technique. This protocol or technique gives you a doorway into the energy world where you can balance and stabilize, heal and manifest with ease and joy no matter how crazy the planet is becoming.
