		<description>Last night, I watched the first show of the 5 week Paul McKenna show. He presented 4 Golden Rules of eating:
1. Eat when you&#039;re hungry.
2. Eat what you want.
3. Eat consciously.
4. Stop when you&#039;re full.

The most interesting part of the show was when he had people eat blindfolded. They stopped eating by almost half of what they had been eating before. 

Hopefully, I&#039;ll be able to catch next week&#039;s show as well when I&quot;m travelling.</description>
